Pastor Mike Bennett
Pastor Mike Bennett accepted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of 14, during a basketball camp at Northland Camp and Conference Center in Dunbar, WI. Even though he attended Church all of his life, and even attended a Christian School, he knew that he did not have a personal relationship with Christ. God used basketball camp to show him his need of Him. He was then baptized a couple of weeks afterward at his home church, Faith Baptist Church in Davison, MI. In 1997, he graduated from Faith Baptist School and went on to Northland Baptist Bible College (now Northland International University). He graduated with a bachelors degree in Youth Ministry in the Spring of 2001, and a master’s degree in Biblical Counseling in 2007.
In 2001, he got married to Carrie Brodwater. They have three sons: Caleb, Titus, and Abraham. They have been at MHBC since 2011.
He writes a blog called Decorated Guardrails which you can read by clicking here.
